The Ibiza Years
Having established himself as an acclaimed haute couture designer and an international nightclub entrepreneur at the helm of the famed PACHA Empire, the Irish- born Kelly was the face of Ibiza and the international world of fashion. His legendary over-the -top parties were the hottest ticket in Europe and an "A" list clientele for were vying his couture gowns including celebrities such as Diana Ross, Linda Evangelista, Oprah Winfrey and former First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, Kelly quickly became toast of the town as the exclusive couturier for the Spanish team at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics.

America

Mick Hucknel, the lead singer of Simply Red, recognized Kelly's talent and immediately commissioned him to America to head up Bash, a brand new club he had just opened with partner Sean Penn. With Ibiza in the off- season Kelly obliged and headed stateside.

Bash Nightclub
1993-1997

Kelly's European influence at Bash was immediately noticeable as he debuted America's first exclusive VIP room complete with first class bottle service, super models, celebrities, and a velvet rope that rivaled the former Studio 54. His concept for table service would have a profound effect on American Nightlife and is certainly considered one of the most important elements in the nightclub industry today. His reputation and his clientele traveled with him. Bash would remain the hot South Beach spot for over four years.

Shadow Lounge
1997-1998

As South Beach grew so did Gerry Kelly's clientele and his need for a newer larger venue. Gerry Kelly debuted Shadow Lounge in 1998. An overnight sensation and winner of Details Magazine "Best Club in America" award. Shadow was at the forefront of music and fashion. With bigger runways, bigger sound systems and an even more lavish VIP room graced by Royalty, glamour and outrageousness.

BarRoom
1998-1999

Nightclub owner Chris Pacellio observed Gerry Kelly's rise as King of the fickle South Beach nightclub market and understood that Kelly would be his key, not only to the success his new club the multi-million dollar BarRoom but to his conglomeration of urber trendy restaurant Joia and hotspot Liquid. Gerry was placed at the lead, with celebrities like Madonna, Naomi Campbell, Nysyc, Donatella Versace, Puff Daddy as regular patrons, BarRoom quickly became the most famous nightclub in the world. A weekly feature in tabloids, New York's Page Six and Vanity Fair. The relationship with Pacellio would end in less than a year as Gerry Kelly's bid on the largest nightclub in Florida was accepted and Kelly would open on of the most monumental nightclubs of the new millennium.

Level
1999 to 2003

Although Gerry Kelly was one of four partners in this joint venture, his roll was the most critical. He was the face of the 40,000 square foot pristine Art Deco theatre. With his keen sense, Kelly quickly assembled a team of crème de la crème marketing specialists, promoters, operations experts, production directors, and choreographers and meticulously prepared for the magical unveiling. With six levels, nine exclusive VIP rooms and the most coveted DJ's in the world, Level was packed five nights a week. A feat unheard of by any standards. Level. Gerry Kelly and his team were instantly famous beyond any ones imagination. The twenty-five internationally recognized awards, including best club, best sound and best lighting hardly compared to the magic as Oscar de La Renta walked down Level's runway opening Fashion Week of the America's. Who could for get the extravagance of Blvagari's exclusive soirée as Faye Dunaway ascended down the staircase into one of the most glamorous parties of this century. Gerry had accomplished the impossible; President Bill Clinton hosted benefits, Bill Gates hob knobbed with South Beach socialites, High Rollers flew as Oscar De La Hoya presented championship Boxing, televised to the world via HBO, Janet Reno danced the most famous Dance, putting Gerry Kelly and Level smack in the center of Time magazine and creating one of the biggest publicity stunts in recent history. Celebrating four years as Americas hottest club, three major renovations, over 7000 guests per week and having recently been awarded "Best Club of the Year" by New Times, Gerry Kelly sells Level. Gerry Kelly now partners with Maxwell Blandford and Gregory Selph to bring "State" to South Beach ,an ultra lounge located on Lincoln Road.coming Feb 2004.
